Shop Zenvra offers eligible customers a 7-day change-of-mind return window, beginning on the date of delivery.

To qualify for an ordinary change-of-mind return, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging, with all required accessories.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge restocking fees.

Personalized or custom-made items, gift cards, and certain other products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns.
